Underage Party in Westgate Leads to Charges Posted 8 July 2008 The Fayette County Sheriff's Office received a noise complaint at 235 Jamison St. in Westgate on Saturday, July 5, shortly before 4:30 a.m. An investigation determined that there was an underage party going on at the residence. The following were charged with possession of alcohol under legal age, 1st offense: Shane Austin Pape, age 20 from Maynard; Coralee Faye Will, age 20 from Westgate; Ryan Mark Schweer, age 20 from Oelwein; Dillon Dexter Hughson, age 20 from Wesgate; and Nathan Alan Kuennen, age 20 from Westgate. Seventeen-year-old Andrea Renee Lawrence from Oelwein was also charged and referred to juvenile services.
