Manchester Police Make Drug Arrests

On
January 18, 2012, Manchester Police went to 115 Ludland Drive in
Manchester to serve both arrest warrants and a search warrant at the
residence. Police arrested Christopher Welcher, age 29 of
Manchester, and Rebecca Weber age 20 of Manchester.
The arrest warrants stemmed from an earlier search warrant served at the defendant’s residence in August of 2011.
As a result of the search warrant served last night both were charged
again with possession of marijuana and possession of drug
paraphernalia. Welcher had an additional charge of possession of
prescription drugs.
Both weretaken to Delaware County Jail
On January 18 Manchester Police served an arrest warrant on Jeremy L. Recker age 32 of Manchester.
Recker was charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance –
Marijuana. Complaint alleges that on November 14th, 2011 Recker
sold marijuana to a individual who was cooperating with police.
Recker was taken to Delaware County Jail. |
